Digimon Cyber Sleuth V

Kyoko looked up from her desk, and smiled as Saleme popped in, landing on the sofa.

"Should have pushed that an inch to the left..." She queried aloud. "Hi Saleme!" She smiled.

"Just the little, ambiguous little man I wanted to see!" She spoke, flicking through her phone, looking for the information. "Ah, here it is."

She straightened in her seat, and crossed her leg over her other leg, and began to speak.

"The eaters are emerging, you know. More and more portals to the digital world are opening up in Eden, too."

She got up from her seat, and sauntered over to the nearby printer. She flicked her phone screen, and light matrixes appeared in the air before her as she hacked. "Little tougher than usual- ah, no, my mistake. Easy peasy!" Kyoko beamed.

The printer whirred into life as it began to print out the relevant information. When it had printed, Kyoko casually took the paper, and folded it into a paper airplane. She kissed a corner of the wing, leaving a light lipstick stain.

"Little gift for that Zuku friend of yours. This information should be interesting to him. Do pass it on, won't you?" She smiled at Saleme, as she casually sent the paper plane flying across the room, towards the sofa. She didn't even stay watching to see it land as she picked up a briefcase from the desk, and walked across the room to the large floor to ceiling window.

With little regard for her own safety, she flung the suitcase through the plate glass window, and sent the tiny shards shattering outside into the street. Kyoko then placed sunglasses onto her face, and stepped outside through the large gap she'd made.

"Always hated that suitcase." She murmured to herself as she climbed into her car. As the engine began to rev, she looked back out towards Saleme.

"Be careful, Saleme! Or....you know....don't. You can make your own choices. See you soon!"

With this, the car revved into overdrive and zoomed down the street, swerving this way and that, the noise of the car and her laughter growing quieter and quieter, the more distance she put between herself and the office.

"I seem to recall winning most of our battles," Beelzemon shrugged as he and Wizardmon both disappeared into their digivices, Larry looking over the coordinates.

Greymon and Garurumon both disappeared as well as Zuku scratched his head. "These coordinates.....I know this area," he muttered particularly to no one. As he logged out, he crashed into the sofa alongside Saleme. Larry, however, as he logged out, he stuck his hand out as he reached the sofa and twisted so that he flipped over it and used the momentum to kick off of the wall and land on his feet, raising an eyebrow as he looked around.

Saleme would look over at Larry frowning “Acrobatic show off” he grumbled as he looked over at Zuku “much less edgy” he muttered.
Puppy had ran over to the case board “here here!” he cheered holding up a paper and handing it to Larry “That one about some digimon going missing an Etamon been seen!” he said excitedly. “Oh and this one is for you, It’s one that will really make you happy!” he said with a smile before handing him a paper that detailed the situation on the upper floor of the shopping centre specifically the arcade.

Saleme sighed “The arcade should be a easy case but the rookie here can handle right rookie?” Saleme asked Zuku before looking over at Larry.
“You on the other hand know more about the digimon in this case better than anyone Larry, it will probably take all three of us investigating that one to solve the situation” Saleme explained.

Larry simply shrugged as Saleme called him a showoff. "Unlike you, I don't like to spend my time on the ground." He looked over the paper, raising an eyebrow. "An Etemon?"

Zuku took the paper from Puppy and looked it over. "Wait......that's my favorite arcade," he muttered. "Waaaaaaaait!" he exclaimed, looking around. "Isn't this the Kuremi Detective Agency??"

Saleme nodded “yes It is I work for her since well since the eater situation occurred a few months back” He muttered before looking over at Larry “yes indeed, a Etemon and from eyewitness report it fits the mannerisms of your Etamon” he explained.

Puppy was smiling “Etemon was nice he always wanted to have parties!” he cheered.
Saleme digivice would glow as Woof voice echoed out of it “Yeah, nice that a word for him” he said sarcastically.
“Either way the arcade up the stairs needs our help and a lot of people need us to track down their digimon and you two are officially hired your my interns you will work for free until we solve a case then ill give you a cut!” he said cheerfully.
Puppy pointed up at Larry “That means Im your boss” he said cheerfully.

Zuku nearly immediately went into fan mode. "Ohhhhhh that is sooooo cool! So, when do we get to meet her?"

"Hang on," Larry frowned. "First. I ain't your intern. Second, you ain't my boss," he pointed at Puppy. "Third, I didn't ask to work here. And finally, if this really is who you think it is, then you NEED me. If you don't, then cool, I'm outta here and you can handle him yourself. But I ain't helping till you admit you need me. And none of this 'I'm your boss crap, there's enough of that stupidity between Woof and Bub."

"Maybe on his end," Impmon's voice rang out from his digivice.

“Hey you boss me around a lot Bub someone gotta tell you off!” Woof voice snapped.

Saleme sighed “fiiiiiiiiiine I need you Larry” he said before smiling “plus if people find out your Etemon is the one behind all this well, you will certainly have every hacker after your head so it is in your best interest” he explained trying to stay polite.

Puppy ears would wilt looking somewhat disappointed “but I don’t ever get to be the boss on missions…” he sulked.

"That's because you're the stupid one," Bub responded with a smirk.

Larry looked at Saleme, narrowing his eyes. "Alright. You've got my attention." He looked down at Puppy and pet his head gently. "You wanna be respected, be a leader, not a boss."
