Woof curiosity peaked. “Ah well yeah that is because Saleme has brains to solve cases and come up with an effective plan,” he said, looking away from the exit. “I never mentioned that he had become a detective though” Woof as he looked at Devimon once more then back to the smiling Etemon.
‘I best play it smart here’ he thought not realizing this was exactly what Etemon wanted him to do.

“Ah exactly how’d you know all about Saleme?” he asked, walking past the Devimon and over to Etemon Woof form became his familiar Leomon form once more.
“I mean, Saleme doesn’t exactly go advertising it. Plus when in Eden his avatar data is usually masked so that only close friends will recognize him” Woof mumbled now staring down at Etemon.


-Tokyo
“You could say, but hey all this is starting to make sense, hence why you need to go get Zuku. To make sure he doesn’t get distracted by all those flashy lights an video games” Saleme lectured as he went to go get the CD.

-Arcade
Gaoy was jumping up and down happily.
“Ah right, well it’s made from my data. Woof said so beware of side effects while ya use it” Gaoy warned before tossing the card to Zuku.
Dashing over to Gabumon he smiles cheerfully “Well let us get back to the office silly!” he shouted, grabbing Gabumons arm and running off with him probably not caring if humans saw the two.
That or he just didn’t think about it.

-Club Ete

Etemon simply smirked as Woof digivolved before his very eyes. “Ah, there he is, I was wondering when that side of you would show up. Your loyalty, your protective passion. However,” he started as he slowly stood, meeting the gaze of Woof’s intimidating Leomon form. “While you may usually be King if there, I am King here. Now, let me be clear. It is my last intention to fight against you as an enemy......we’re practically kin, after all. Us royals should have each other’s backs. As for the answer to your question.......why, Saleme himself provided the information,” he shrugged.

“Look, I didn’t agree to help you out to play babysitter, you hear me?” Larry frowned. “You’d better be going somewhere with this,” he grumbled as he and Impmon headed out of the music store.

Zuku blinked as he reached out to catch the card, grinning almost in a giddy fashion. The warning seemed to had gone in one ear and out the other. “Hm? H-Hey, wait!” he called, chasing after Gaoy and Gabu.

Woof brows furrowed Etemon more sinister side coming out. Just the way he was talking was beginning to irritate Woof. “I am the beast king you are right…granted we both know I didn’t come here to fight with you Etemon” he started off trying to keep a level head.
Just the way Etemon was talking made Woof clench his fist.
“What do you mean Saleme provided you with information?” he asked, “if he had seen you, he would’ve mentioned it to Gaoy or me.”

~Tokyo
Saleme came out waving his hand at Larrys complaints. “Yeah, yeah, listen we are going to need the rookie with us because my avatar data and yours will be recognizable Zukus won’t,” Saleme explained.

~Detective office
Gaoy smirked arriving outside the detective's office. “Finally we are back,” he said cheerfully opening the door to see Agumon on the sofa.

-Club Eta

“Oh, he just hasn’t had a chance to tell you yet,” Etemon shrugged. “Besides, he hasn’t seen me, just sent me some data. You were already here when I got it,” he hinted with another shrug.

Larry raised an eyebrow, turning back to look at Saleme. What the heck was this guy up to? “What do you mean, won’t be recognizable?” he asked.

-Detective office

Agumon was busy sitting on the sofa, poking at the tv with one of his claws. “Agu? What are you doing here?” Zuku asked. “W-Woof ejected me......” the young Digimon mumbled.

Woof it didn’t take long for Woof begin growling. “Etamon my bond with Saleme feels different…” he snarled eyeing Etemon up now his fist seemed to ignite. “What did you do…” he asked everything was beginning to make sense after all Woof originally wanted to digivolve into his ultimate form not his champion form.

~ Tokyo
Saleme sighed “No one knows Zukus face so we will simple swap Zukus avatar data with yours so you can scout out without getting your cover blown” Saleme explained.
“Anyway go search for them at the arcade I will meet y’all back at the office” Saleme said before dashing off.

~ Detective office
Gaoy blinked suddenly looking worried. “He only does that when he thinks there is a foe too strong for me to be near…” Gaoy mumbled.

-Club Eta
Etemon gave a mere glance at Woof’s flaming fist, but a smirk was his only response as two of the Devimon guarding his throne seemed to teleport to his side defensively. “I didn’t do anything,” he shrugged as he paused. “Except apparently bless his ears with the best rap music this era’s ever heard.....honestly, I was a bit surprised to hear that Saleme was endorsing me, but I’ll call it a happy accident.”

“Something’s up with that guy,” Impmon grumbled as Larry simply shrugged. “Whatever, not our problem. Come on, let’s find these guys and get this over with,” he said as he and Impmon headed to the arcade.

-Detective Agency
Zuku frowned. “What happened, Agu?” Agumon tapped the side of his head as he thought. “We went into Eden, and there was this nightclub.......he said he didn’t really like the owner and we were about to leave, but then the owner actually called us over. They started talking and that’s when Woof hit me with the exit chip.....” Zuku blinked as he looked at Agumon. “Who was the owner?” “An Etemon, but he was weird........he didn’t have that Elvis vibe, he was more like a rapper....”

-Club Eta

The second Etemon admitted to Saleme hearing his music Woof shot into Action, dashing towards Etemon at lightning speed before leaping up above him. Seemed Woof had got smarter when it came to combat.

Landing behind Etemon and grabbing the wings of two of the Devimon he roared spinning around with them and tossing the two into the air.

Both his fist igniting now he fired off two fists of the beast king attacks. He was Targeting their wings so that landing safely would be unavoidable.

Spinning around, he glares at Etemon. “You used your damn music to brainwash my Tamer!” Woof roared before diving towards Etemon in attempt to grab him by the throat.



-Detective Office.

Gaoy only looked more worried as Agumon explained what had happened. “Well, Woof wouldn’t let me go into the night clubby places in Eden…I don’t really know any own-oh etemon!” Gaoy immediately chirped up.

“Etemon, the greatest performer in all of the digiland!” Gaoy cheered practically having stars in his eyes. “He, I and Woof go way back he was originally on Larrys team!” Gaoy explained almost seeming to give a full lecture of the history of Larry and Saleme even mentioning a Digimon named Coco but not giving enough details on her.

“So yeah Etemon likes Woof I mean the two butt heads at times, but Etemon has a good heart deep down just a bit misguided sometimes!” Gaoy cheered. “He never hurt my Woofy!” he declared practically a ray of sunshine right now.

-Club Eta

Etemon simply smirked as Woof sprang into action with no hesitation. Even the music bumping throughout the club shifted from a techno feel to a more action-packed style of rock, as if on cue. As Woof appeared above him, the Devimons moved to defend their master, but Woof was too quick for them, as they twisted in midair to try and avoid the attack, however they didn’t have much room to maneuver and were hit by the attack, falling to the ground. As Woof moved toward him, he would find that Etemon was much faster than his previous opponents, as instead of the monkey’s throat, Woof simply grabbed ahold of one of the stands that normally held up the velvet rope lining the room, which Etemon kept a firm grip on its opposite end. “What part of I didn’t do it, don’t ya understand?” It was then that Etemon’s grin widened as his eyes began to give off a faint glow. “I make such a point to speak only truth, where’s the trust? You’d better calm down and watch the ceiling, or you’ll be crushed,” he began rapping as the music changed once again, this time with a hip-hop feel.

Zuku blinked, the look of confusion extremely evident on his face. “Greatest performer in digiland? How come I never heard of him?” Although it seemed Gaoy was too busy getting excited to hear that part. As Gaoy went into detail about everything, Zuku just chuckled and listened, didn’t seem he was gonna be able to get a word in until her was finished. “So, he used to be that Larry guy’s Digimon.......are you sure there’s nothing to worry about, though? Seems strange....”
