Juh Cheel narrowed his eyes at Arctic. The subtle flex of power did not go unnoticed. Throughout all of Juh Cheel’s antagonizing, he was well aware of the power difference between the two. Still unable to enter the Golden state, Cheel was considerably weaker than his goody-two-shoes counterpart. The frost demon’s face softened, and his grimace flipped into an amused smile. A satisfied chuckle escaped his lips. “I can’t wait to kill you one day,” He admitted.
Juh Cheel looked over to the human girl who dispatched a group of four, then to Saleme who was finally overcoming the effects of Arctic’s paralyzing beam. He dashed toward Saleme, grabbed him by the arms near his shoulders and spun him around. After reaching terminal velocity (lookit me go, what terminology) he tossed the Saiyan toward his rival. He pointed his index finger at him, and three Death Beams jettisoned out toward Saleme and Arctic.
Across the sky battlefield, Bassoo watched Freya with stars in his eyes. Ever since she engulfed the Supernova his eyes were glued to her. Bassoo tugged on Kazam’s white shirt, “Who’s that??? She’s amazing!” He floated between the Majin and Namekian, mimicking her moves with surprising accuracy minus the immense ki. He raised his voice into a falsetto before unleashing another barrage of her hand-to-hand style, “WOOOOOOOO-ooooooOOOOOO-WAHHHHH!”
Kazam looked away from Sage and fixated on what the young Namekian was so hyped about. “Her name is Freya. She’s training under Beerus to be the next God of Destruction,” He answered matter-of-factly. The two never formally met, but he’s seen her around the battlefield. Despite Kazam’s impressive strength, he was never a fan of intense battles. He preferred to eat and be merry.
Bassoo stopped and held a tight offensive martial arts stance, “doesn’t everybody get to train under Lord Beerus? I’ve even trained under Whis and learned some of his techniques…”
Kazam cleared his throat, “No. She’s a special case. She’s actually supposed to be the next Goddess of Destruction. She’s not just learning techniques for use in the Time Patrollers. She’s strong. Amazing that she’s only human.”
Bassoo moved his hands slowly before letting out another barrage of mimicked moves. “I want to f-“ He began before blasting off toward Freya’s direction. Kazam sighed, unable to hear the rest of his sentence though he had a good idea what was coming next. He looked over at Sage, “Shall we?” He asked before blasting off behind the young Namekian who was gaining speed.
Bassoo almost couldn’t stop himself with all the momentum he gained. Like an excited young school boy, he stammered over his words. “Hi, my name is Bassoo and I’m not evil but I killed all the people in a neighboring village because they were weaklings and I just saw whatcha did and, wow, you’re really strong! So, I’m here to fight ya,” He explained in one long breath. He dropped stance then rushed the Human, letting out a quick barrage of punches and kicks at her.

Arctic would frown at Jun cheel comment about killing him “what did I ever do to make you hate me so much?” Arctic asked, when Jun went on the assault he would move to the side letting Saleme go past him. Saleme would growl skidding across the floor before getting up and dashing towards Jun cheel.
Arctic on the other hand had no intention of letting Jun win he would hold out his hand as the beam came towards him a large ball of KI developed the death beams hitting it causing Arctic to skid back as he used the ball as a shield “I learnt that trick from Raditz” Arctic muttered before vanishing and appearing behind Jun Cheel he kick the older man towards Saleme who tackled him like a rapid animal desperately trying to bite Jun cheel. Arctic then dash back and dash forward reaching a velocity to kick Saleme back sending him crashing through the glass and into the time machine that was in the container “we can work together or we fight each other now but I’m using that machine to fix this too many have fallen and the universal tournament something gone terribly wrong” Arctic explained holding out a scroll. “Going back to that time at our power level it suicide we need to go back to another universes timeline” Arctic pleaded.
Sage would frown at Bassou excitement “he is so young and innocent at times let hope he doesn’t blow this entire operation” He muttered looking over at Kazam. “I would but I need to keep a low profile the black water mist will wear off Saleme soon and he cannot know I was the one who infected him” Sage explained before looking over at the time nest a explosion happening nearby. “Seems Towa plan isn’t going exactly as she wanted it” he muttered.

Freya let out a sigh as she looked around at the fallen Patrollers. The sound of distant yelling and explosions filled her ears, much like the wars she'd learned about in history class back on Earth, however on an incomparably larger scale, both physically, and in terms of the reward for either success or failure: the fate of all Time. "Towa's gonna pay for this," she growled. "There's gotta be someone around here who hasn't lost their mind....." she trailed off as she saw a namekian speeding her way, and immediately took a defensive stance, narrowing her eyes as he skidded to a halt in front of her.
“Hi, my name is Bassoo and I’m not evil but I killed all the people in a neighboring village because they were weaklings and I just saw whatcha did and, wow, you’re really strong! So, I’m here to fight ya,”
Freya blinked in a fit of confusion. Was this guy serious? "Um, okay? Look, I ain't got time for this, we gotta--" she started before she was cut off as he rushed her with a flurry of punches and kicks, in which case she promptly propelled herself backwards as she raised her arms and knees to block the incoming attacks. "Here we go again......I'ma tell you like the last guys, cut it out before you piss me off!" she growled as she continued to block the flurry of attacks.

Juh Cheel’s disposition soured as Arctic asked for the origin of his hatred for his fellow clan member. He glowed a deep purplish blue as his ki began charging around him, the spurt mirroring his emotions. Before long however, he quelled the anger and his power level dropped back down to its base level. As the Death Beams collided with his defensive technique, Juh Cheel scowled. Before he realized, he was launched into the rabid Saleme who tackled him. They spun around in the air whilst Juh Cheel tried to battle him off. Watching them, Arctic chimed back in with a sound kick into Saleme’s chest. It sent him crashing into the time machine. “We can work together or we fight each other now, but I’m using that machine to fix this. Too many have fallen and I’m getting the feeling something has gone terribly wrong at the universal tournament.” Arctic explained holding out a scroll.Juh Cheel floated in the air, mulling Arctic’s words. He immediately looked up, noticing the halo hovering above his head. He let out a few expletives before meeting Arctic’s eyes. In his base form, Juh Cheel’s power rivaled Super Buu. In his final form, he was capable of going toe-to-toe with Super Saiyan God Goku. Despite the jump in ability, Arctic’s golden form completely outclassed him. Juh Cheel’s power level rose exponentially in a few seconds as if he was removing limiters on himself. He grew at least two feet, now standing at a modest 5 feet and wearing his race’s Ultimate bio suit in all white, reminiscent of Frieza aside from the dark blue skin instead of purple. Though relatively short, Arctic could feel the intensity from his beady eyes. They were like daggers flying through the sky. His face was hard and his glare was cold. Juh Cheel refused to let any of his emotions slip out as he mulled on what brought him this far. ‘I want to kill you. With my bare hands, throttling your neck. You degenerate, pathetic, excuse for a Frost Demon. How you’ve achieved such power is beyond me,’ He began internally sighing. ‘However, if I am to exact my revenge.. killing you must wait. I’ll behead Frost first.’ Juh Cheel’s glare softened as he chuckled lightly, before spreading his arms wide, “Alright Arctic. You win for now. I’ll play along, might I suggest Universe 6?” He said wearing his patented smirk. In a nearby district, Kazam was blasting off toward Bassoo and Freya. Though he was an official time patroller, Kazam never particularly felt obliged to their cause. Because of this, the breaking news that Sage poisoned Saleme didn’t affect him very much. The only thing he cared about aside from eating after a good fight was the young Namekian that he’s grown somewhat attached to. Upon reaching the ‘sidelines’ of their bout, he flipped upside down and floated nonchalantly while popping sugary sweets down his mouth. Bassoo’s face was filled with joy. “If you get angry, do you get stronger? I thought that was just Saiyans…” He admitted. He feinted a punch toward her, instead grabbing her. Bassoo’s elongated arms slung Freya toward the ground. “It’s a shame he’s a complete novice in beam attacks, now would’ve been a great time for a combo,” Kazam mentioned as he became a makeshift announcer. “But what he lacks in Blast attacks, he makes up for in Strikes and speed.” Bassoo charged toward Freya, following the slipstream of her descent. Before he reached her, he disappeared. Before she reached the ground, he was behind her with a knee to her back. Bassoo pivoted on his left foot and slammed his right elbow into the nape of her neck sending her in another direction and blasting off to continue his onslaught of physical combos. Kazam’s eyes widened at this point. He clearly realized something about Freya that Bassoo did not catch yet. “He’s fast. He’s a prodigy… But he’s young. Freya is a candidate for Goddess of Destruction for a reason. She’s got the experience to handle 10 of you right now.”

Arctic would look at Jun Cheel with a confident but disapproving look. “Universe sixes timeline would give us a place to hide out in till we can figure out our next move on retaking this place. Plus maybe someone can cure Saleme once we get back” He said with a smile at Jun cheel glad the older man was seeing things clearly. “Listen I need you to get to the announcement system. Then please tell all the Time patrollers specifically the ones that are in their right mind to meet up here can you do that?” He asked as he was pressing buttons on the time machine not really thinking about how Jun could make that request actually work..
Sage was smirking, staring at the time nest the sight of Towa and Mira bashing against a barrier set up by the supreme kai of time amused him “give it up little girl your time nest is going to be mine!”Towa shouted. “Towa the bird” Mira muttered noticing Toki Toki was flying off. “Sorry but your too late Towa” the supreme kai of time shouted as she held out a time scroll that looked like no other. “This is the timeline of Conton and Toki Toki city and guess what you’re going to have a hard time getting your hands on it!” She shouted as the scroll along with every other scroll would begin to vanish. Sage was forced to retreat out along with Mira and Towa as the time nest vanished. “So she scattered the time nests and scrolls through the time lines how interesting…” He muttered as Mira growled slamming his fist into a wall and Towa laughed “a feeble attempt” she muttered.

“If you get angry, do you get stronger? I thought that was just Saiyans…”"The hell? Seriously?" Freya sighed. It didn't seem that words were gonna do much at this point. He didn't seem brainwashed like the others, none of them spoke so much as a word to her. Yet it didn't look like he would back down. "Just shut up and list--" she started before she was caught off guard as she went to dodge the punch and fell for the feint. He was quick, she'd give him that much. As she was thrown toward the ground, she began to twist in an effort to land on her feet, but it was no good as she was met with a swift knee to the back and a forceful elbow that sent her flying. Alright, if that's the way he wants to play it, she thought to herself as he pursued her again, however this time as he reached her, she vanished in the blink of an eye and reappeared behind him, her wrist enveloped in a clear aura of sparkling ki as she aimed a swift chop at the back of his neck this time. If she missed, she would backflip away to gain some distance and raise her guard again, however if it would connect, she'd already planned ahead with a punch to the gut followed by and explosion of ki blasts from her body in all directions. This technique was known to the TP as 'God of Destruction's Wrath'. Not very accurate, but anyone close enough to the user would definitely feel the wrath. ========== In the neighboring district, a figure sat atop the ruins of a building as he watched the interaction between Arctic and Juh Cheel. "Well, it's no wonder the Supreme Kai of Time's forces are failing, if this is the best she can muster, from my own race at that," he spoke quietly to himself before sliding down the rubble. "She's really goofed, if she's called me back here. Guess I should put my ambitions down for the moment. Won't be any good if time is reset...." Name: Sleet Age: 30 (earth years) Race: Frost Demon Appearance: imgur.com/a/zBXTJPersonality: Brash, arrogant, rude Strengths: Speed, Ki reserves, Ki Blast supers Transformation: Golden Form Bio: A former member of the Time Patrol, Sleet left the force with the goal of starting his own gang of bandits, one that would rival and eventually overthrow the Frieza Force. During his time in the TP, Sleet was known for his incredible speed and nearly limitless reserves of ki, which enabled him to outlast most opponents simply by dancing circles around them. He was also on the Demigra Strike Force with Freya, however his reputation for his ruthlessness caused him to constantly butt heads with his superiors. Eventually, he decided that the life wasn't for him. The Supreme Kai of Time, while she didn't approve of his attitude or methods sometimes, valued him as an ally, and as such, provided him with a special badge that would allow him to return to Conton City. This was noted as a risky play, to which she addressed that it would only work for him, and no one else. It was also equipped with an emergency response system that automatically brought him back in the event of an emergency. Hence his return at this point in time.

Juh Cheel yawned nonchalantly as Arctic began explaining the dire straits they found themselves in. Announcement system…?” He began, turning his attention to the center of the Recreational Plaza. Above the statue of Conton City’s current legendary time patroller, a PA system equipped with several loudspeakers floated. “You’re asking for a lot, Toad,” He responded indignantly. He tapped his chin with his index fingers before his lips curled into a smirk. “I might have a better idea,” He muttered, fishing in his pocket for a scouter.
Though he was capable of feeling out strong power levels, the device allowed him to see the moves and capabilities of the individuals. After equipping it, he looked through the red hue and clicked the side button. Immediately, hundreds of TP began pinging in his ear revealing their locations. “Weakling. Weakling. Pathetic. I oughta kill this one myself. Why’d you even try out for this job? …. How did you even pass the requisite exam?” He complained quietly.
Cheel adjusted the filter on the scouter, searching only for time patrollers above level eighty-five. The results diminished considerably. Out of the hundreds, Juh Cheel estimated about thirty people remained. The closest to his current position were a human, Namekian and Majin. With a flick of the wrist goodbye, the Frost Demon rocketed away.
Bassoo, with his Namekian physiology, could hear Kazam as if the fat grey Majin was standing right next to the fighters. He kissed his teeth, “pfft. There you go again. Always preaching patience. Look at her! Candidate for Goddess of Namby-Pamby’s if you ask me!” He hollered all the way over to her.
Kazam grimaced for his young protégé. “Your mouth will always get you more sparring practice than you can handle,” He admitted before Freya disappeared and swatted Bassoo in his back like an insect. He shuddered at the impact, imagining the strength behind the attack must be colossal. It left Bassoo stunned and in that moment, his eyes widened. Bassoo saw Freya’s next attack coming but couldn’t dodge or even defend it. He took the full brunt of her Wrath of Destruction and was pushed back.
Kazam turned away from the fight and narrowed his eyes. He could feel Juh Cheel’s presence approaching. He knew of the Frost Demon’s antagonistic nature and personally felt there was a deep-rooted evil in his heart. Despite befriending many time patrollers whom fell on the evil half of the alignment scale, Kazam couldn’t bring it to himself to befriend Juh Cheel. The Frost Demon reminded him of Frieza. ‘I doubt Bassoo even senses Cheel yet. He’s too engulfed in the fight,’ Kazam pondered with a sigh.
“Hey! That was Beerus’ move!” Bassoo called out, after skidding to a stop several meters away from Freya. He lowered himself into attack position again. “You’re not gunna get me with that one again,” He promised, spitting blood out of his mouth with an excited grin. As he lunged toward the human Freya, Juh Cheel shadowed the young Namekian.
“Ah, ah, ahhh,” Juh Cheel spoke disdainfully. “You twerp of a slug, you’re needed for something more fun than this,” He admitted, unleashing a paralyzing Ki blast at Bassoo’s back. As planned, Bassoo stopped in his tracks mere meters away from Freya, locked with his right fist trying to hit Freya’s cheek. The more he struggled, the higher the paralyzing voltage grew.
He smiled at the Human standing in front of him, then waved at the grey Majin floating a few meters away. “You’re all coming with me. I’m not asking you, I’m telling you. If you don’t like that, I have no qualms killing you and finding other patrollers for the job.”
Kazam floated closer to the scene, his arms crossed. He clearly wasn’t happy. “Juh Cheel, you demon. What chaos do you have planned up your sleeve?”
A chuckle escaped the Frost Demon. “Please please, hold your compliments. I’m acting on behalf of the Supreme Kai of Time.” A false truth, but not exactly a lie. He was acting on Saleme’s orders, but he took his orders from the Supreme Kai. Regardless, any group of patrollers would need to hear her name in order to be moved to action. Juh Cheel held the paralyzed Bassoo by his neck using his tail. “Now I’ll ask one more time before I snap the slug’s neck. Do I have your cooperation?”
Kazam growled in anger before looking at Freya. Surely, they could both take out Juh Cheel and sustain minimal damage but he didn’t want to risk hurting Bassoo. “I’ll follow along.” He stated solemnly, awaiting Freya’s response.

Freya narrowed her eyes, although her gaze never left Bassoo. She could feel Juh Cheel's presence closing in fast, though it seemed this development escaped her opponent's interest.
“Hey! That was Beerus’ move!”
"That would be Lord Beerus to the likes of you," she sneered. To be quite honest, she was starting to get pissed at this guy. As he lunged toward her, she braced herself as Juh Cheel closed in as well. As Bassoo was efficiently paralyzed, she looked at the Namekian's fist, then into his eyes. "Sonofabitch tried to Ray Rice me," she commented, reaching her left hand up to her cheek where he was aiming. She floated back a few feet before looking at Juh Cheel. "First you intervene where you aren't needed, then you bark orders AND threaten me? You got some nerve."
As Kazam approached, she locked eyes with him. She'd known he was there, but so long as he didn't attack her, she let him be. She simply let him and Juh Cheel talk, frowning when he mentioned the Supreme Kai of Time. "You? You have a funny way of showing it....." she trailed off. Honestly, he acted a lot like an old ally of hers, if not a bit more unnecessarily aggressive. "Fine. Let him go, and I'll play along. But try any funny business......I'll personally make sure you regret every moment that follows."

Arctic was typing away on the time machine so frantically he didn’t check the last profiles that were uploaded onto it noticing Mira was heading towards his direction walking ever so menacingly. “Hmm this should work…” he muttered entering Saleme and his data into it. “Jun it me I connected the machine to your Scouter look around and it will get people you have marked with it or scanned that it deemed adequate, I’m setting up the pulse for the machine now so get ready for a shift!” Arctic voice cried out through the pocket scouter. Typing away in the machine he press the enter key seeing the coding flash up on the time machine before diving back and flipping out of it landing next to Saleme as the machine exploded letting out a pulse. The pulse would hit every time patroller in the area but only a select few actually vanished shifting through time and space those that were choosen by the profile data on the time machine would now find themselves on a very green planet one specifically belonging to universe six. “Jun is so going to be mad when he realizes we don’t have a way back…” He muttered.

As both the Human and Majin accepted the mission, Juh Cheel smiled condescendingly. “You guys made the right decision,” He said, uncoiling his tail from around Bassoo’s neck. The Namekian child drifted a few feet before stabilizing himself nearby and rubbing his neck. Bassoo stuck his tongue out at the Frost Demon who brushed the gesture aside. Cheel heard static on his scouter before a familiar voice rang through,
“Juh, it me I connected the machine to your Scouter. Look around and it will get people you have marked with it or scanned that you’ve deemed adequate, I’m setting up the pulse for the machine now so get ready for a shift!” Arctic voice cried out through the pocket scouter.
In a quick fit of annoyance his eyes darted around in a last ditch attempt to register more time patrollers for the mission. Looking up, he could see another Frost Demon watching… the four of them present. Strange, but not the strangest thing that’s happened today. Nearby, there was Saiyan and a Majin with high power levels. He clicked the side of his Scouter before the time rift caught everybody, marking Sage, Sleet, Labei and Rutaba without their knowledge.
By now, Bassoo had floated back toward Kazam. “I thought I had her,” He muttered referring to Freya not fully worried about the chaos unfolding around them. He pointed at her, “I recognize your strength. I want you to teach me. Beerus and Whis only gave me a couple lessons. The lazy bastards. I warn you, I’m not going to take no for an an-“
Kazam’s hand enlarged and he clapped it over Bassoo’s mouth, who continued to speak unintelligibly. The Majin grinned sheepishly. “Forgive him. He’s strong beyond his years, but he doesn’t have the experience necessary to talk to people however he’d like,” He explained in a way that seemed his was chiding the child. Kazam looked back at Juh Cheel, “What does the Supreme Kai of Time have planned?”
Before the Frost Demon could answer, Saleme had done it. They were all transported to Universe 6’s planet Namek. Juh Cheel looked around before taking a large breath. “I hated Namek in our Universe. Seems this one will be no different,” He noted with a sour disposition. He waved Kazam’s question away. “Honestly, I don’t know. I lied to you. We’re here because of Saleme. Towa and Mira were trying to fuck us up and this was the only way to defeat them,” He answered indifferently. He started walking away from the trio. “I want to hurry and get this over with and return,” Juh Cheel admitted.
Bassoo looked around, a devious smirk on his face. “I was exiled from my planet Namek,” He freely admitted to nobody in particular. He tugged on Kazam’s pants, “can I go destroy a village while we’re here?”
Kazam looked at the sky. It was peaceful, the breeze blew and the waters kissed the coast. “I don’t know… we’ll see. If lunch time comes around and they don’t offer up good hospitality, you can wreak as much havoc as you want.” This satiated Bassoo enough for him to return to bothering Freya about his power level. The Majin returned his attention to Juh Cheel. “Did you say… another universe? Is this a special Parallel Quest? No… no, we would of went to the reception desk if it was. What the fuck is going on here Cheel? I want answers.”
