First Aid - CPR, cuts and bruises, tentacool stings, he has medic training so he'll know what to do for almost any injury.
Scout for Trouble - As a lifeguard he has gut feelings that tell him when things about to get chaotic or when there danger happening.
Flaws:
Goofy for the Ladies: Okay so he likes smiling at girls, showing off that heroic build, and sometimes making a complete fool of himself when he's trying to get girls to pay attention to him just knock him on the head once and he'll cut it out.
Hero Complex: Okay Okay, so he's likes being a hero and saving the day what of it. It's not like he causes problems to create hero work.
Beach Boy Brain: Yeah over complex or high tech explanations are not going to sink in on him. He's a little dense you're gonna have to keep things simple. To add to this he sometimes can't always put two and two together and he sometimes can't understand the reason certain people do things.

Bio: Casen is your typical beach hottie. He's heroic, popular with the ladies (or so he claims), great with kids, and he just loves the beach, ocean and pokemon. He has the right mix of Water Pokemon to get the job done and is a bit of a local celebrity. His views are almost kid like simple.

As for History. He was always a water guy always wanting chill near the water. He found his calling as a lifeguard when he had a gut feeling at Stateport Beach and looked up just in time to see someone getting pulled into the water by a riptide current. He went into action and rescued that person with his pokemon aiding them and becoming a hero. Finding it a great feeling, Casen did his all to become an official lifeguard earning his way to a post in Stateport Beach. Even when it was the off season, he kept up his training of both himself and his pokemon and was always ready to be a hero. People loved him, Kids looked up to him as an idol and role model. As a trainer his team are his fellow lifeguards and are always out on patrols or monitoring the assigned areas for trouble.
When he first came to Godin, he got himself a job as a beach lifeguard at the beach resort and got to know a pair of waitresses at the local seaside café who somewhat fought over him in a friendly schoolgirl rivalry. Everything was sun, sand, and surf for this beach boy and he was always looked to have fun with everything. However after being outwitted and out performed in a sponsored club tournament and received a lecture about how if winning and losing weren’t taken seriously, Casen could lose more then he figured when he lost. Casen would go out on a mission to seriously get himself at least one locator ball. On that mission he would get a locator ball by literally snow surfing through an area with geysers and ice beams chasing a Wartortle owned by Nagisa, one of the waitresses who decided it would be fun. Only problem was that they encountered an giant Articuno and a giant Heatran fighting. The two pokemon 3 times the normal size of those species. The Articuno seemed to be trying to stop the Heatran while the Heatran was aim to destroy everything including any humans in it’s path. The reason was that it was dying and it was sensed by people and Casen’s starmie that was going to explode taking everything out with it. To save himself his Pokemon and others in danger, Casen had to have his Swampert go Mega and use Earthquake to cause a chasm to open under the Heatran and his Starmie to flood it with Surf literally drowning the Heatran and send it sleeping with the fishes.
This event opened Casen eyes to the idea that there was a big problem going on and that the Battle Network, Godin Region and this team called Schism was behind it and other things including a virus that was attacking the city and beach areas. When the tournament was going to be canceled for the investigation. He nearly turned in his locator ball and wanted to quit and go back to Hoenn but he was convinced by others to stick with it and keep his hard earned locator ball. With the aid of a few people he got put up at a cabin in the ski resort region and his two waitress girlfriends were put up with their boss in another cabin and they tried to aid in the investigation only to find that the giant heatran could not be found. It had vanished as if it had never been there. Casen was dumbfounded but quickly modified his story when a little pressure was applied and just stated that he had been snowsurfing and could have bonked his head and could have dreamed the whole incident. With the tournament back online, Casen was a little more watchful, after all he had two girlfriends to watch out for and even with the support of two other trainers with strong Pokemon, Casen was sure that things were not all Sun Sand and Surf anymore.

Personality: Freeflowing, Fun Loving and Cheerful, but when the music starts he goes crazy man crazy

Bio: Loco is Casen's Ludicolo and like the species is known for Loco goes crazy when the rhythmic music is playing. Anything that's worth dancing too, he'll dance to. In battle he's a Specialist and Rain Maker with a slight thing for status conditions.

Bio: Star is Casen's Starmie and is more or less his trouble sensor, attune to various thing, Starmie send out an alert in a psychic transmission to Casen when there's trouble happening and it will pinpoint where the trouble is and the alerts usually go out about five seconds after Casen gets a gut feeling. In battle Star is also a specialist with using waterbending, mind tricks, dark orbs and bright lights to blast opponents

Bio: Laser is Casen's Lanturn, Usually first on the scene on water rescues as he's usually out patrolling the ocean for trouble. He's more then once saved people from drowning and all he asks in return is a good belly rub. Kids love him because he's very playful. In battle Laser is a specialist as well but can also stack on the status conditions with Paralyze, Confusion, and Burn, making it very hard for someone to attack. He also recently learned Magnet Rise to be able to 'swim' outside of the ocean and to get out of the way of Swamp when he's in a bad mood

Personality: Rough and Tough to punks and other troublemakers but laid back and relaxed to others and is great with kids. Loyal to his trainer

Bio: Swamp is Casen's Swampert and starter is more or less the Sheriff of the Beach and the leader of the team, his large and tough appearance intimidates those that dare cause trouble on his watch and if there is really a big emergency he's out there barking commands to the other pokemon of Casen's team and helping himself and none of the other pokemon including Loco ever ignore him. He has the ability to go Mega thanks to his bond with his trainer.
In recent times he's dropped Rock Slide in favor of Hammer Arm just to punch through things

Flaws:
Don’t hurt them Please – Her big heart is her biggest plus but also her greatest weakness. If someone is being hurt she will beg and plead with the attacker not to do it (She weak against Sadists) sometimes this causes her to cry out during Pokemon matches especially ones when Pokemon get really hurt and she tells them to stop fighting.

She has a crush on Casen who’s the local beach hottie and knows that Ami also has a crush on him and the two have a friendly schoolgirl rivalry on who gets the affections of Casen. In the recent months she and Ami have been sticking with Casen to support him and train their pokemon to be stronger while also taking care of two of his team that he was no longer allowed to use

Bio: Turtle was given to Nagisa by Professor Sycamore for the longest time it would be very hard for Nagisa to get him to do anything. However when she moved to Godin and Nagisa met Casen, Turtle would meet the big Kahunas in Casen’s team saw that they were powerful and seeing them in action caused him to buckle down and become as good as them and training with them caused him to become a Wartortle even more recently he’s been able to combine his moves into two power combos Aqua Tornado (Bubble and Rapid Spin) and Ice Tornado (Icy Wind and Rapid Spin) Both moves are designed to pick up and send opponents spinning in a vortex of the element then blast them off making them dazed and with the Ice Tornado it may partly freeze them

Personality: Friendly, affectionate, Kid like most of the time. When the sun is out he's cheerful, when it's raining he's a little more mellow, and when it's snowing he's serious but cause problems and he'll turn into a thundercloud and send a storm your way then laugh when the storm leaves an effect on you (Confusion, Paralyze)

Bio: Nimbus was formerly Casen's Mascot and weather forecaster but due to a new rule for the tournament limiting the number of pokemon he had on his team, Casen couldn't keep him on his team. Nimbus was assigned over to Nagisa while Wrath was assigned over to Ami. Not only for their teams to have a fourth pokemon each but also to be able to have more elemental power on Nagisa side and more balance of elemental power on Ami's side

Mapless Wonder – Because of her ability to recognize patterns and such if she knows a layout of something. She doesn’t need a map to get back to where she started from. You’ll never get lost with her around

Perfectionist: yeah she’s a perfectionist. If something not right she makes it right or makes it known to be right if it’s not her job.

Bio: Ami is a girl from Verdanturf Town in Hoenn. She tried her hands at Contests and got introduced to a Pikachu named Chu-Chu who loved to dress up however she didn’t really get that far as her thorny attitude kinda clashed with some big stars on how different moves could be used in different ways . She decided not to continue in contests but Chu-chu stayed with her. She needed a job and with Chu-Chu’s help got an waitress outfit that worked for her. She applied got assigned under Mrs. Kura, met a girl Nagisa that she could tolerate most of the time and she also met a beach boy/lifeguard Casen who attracted her and made her laugh with his and his Castform’s goofy antics.
She also respected Casen as a great trainer and was honored when Wrath decided to join her team when Casen assigned him and Nimbus to aid the girls

Bio: Talon quickly became known to Nagisa and Ami when both moved in to their apartment. As a Fletchinder, she often zipped in onto their patio, snatch a scrap of food then took off only to come back about 30 seconds later and repeat the process. One time when Nagisa was feeding Turtle, The little bird zipped in and snatched a morsal of Turtle's food. Turtle not liking this one bit decided to wait until that pesky bird came back and when it did he was waiting with a bubble attack and blasted the bird with bubble causing it to be knocked out. Both Nagisa and Ami scolded Turtle but Ami decided to catch the little bird, heal it and give it some food. It was shown to be a bit of a pyro maniac using Ember to light things on fire. A couple of times on Turtle’s tail to get him to do things but ever since he’s been hanging with that water team. She’s backed off for the time being. She doesn’t like the water. In recent days under some severe training she evolved to her final form and learned some speed and striking moves

Personality: A little crude, a loose mouth, prideful, and a bit of a joker but get him pissed off and you see him rage and if you think of messing with him or any of his pals especially Nimbus. His Wrath knows no bounds

Bio: Wrath is Casen's Poliwrath and formerly Swamp's second in command. He's currently assigned to protect Ami and Nagisa along with Nimbus and he balanced out Ami team with his Water and Fighting Powers. You want to start something Wrath will show you why he's called Wrath. A brawler in all forms of the word. He'll punch, kick and then send you flying with a Waterfall Rush and don't you dare pick on Nimbus or the girls unless you want to sleep with the fishes or be buried six feet under of whatever ground you're standing on.

Bio: Nanko Kura is the café owner and manager of a beach café in Godin Region. She was once at the top of her game. She alongside her husband Mitsuo were a near unbeatable duo however during one of their duo double battles disaster struck in the form of drugged berserk pokemon and in the chaos Mitsuo was marked as one of those who perished in the incident. This changed Nanko who turned cold as ice and became bent on revenge. Her target the people behind those drugged pokemon and the company/group that might fund/encourage their use. In the recent months she has regained Mitsuo who had not died in the incident but in fact gone deep undercover to try and get to the bottom of everything and now the two are working to see if the Battle Domes, berserk Pokemon, bio Pokemon, The Godin Region, and Schism are all interconnected as one massive plot to control or destroy the Pokemon world

Bio: Scarlet is Mrs. Kura Gardevior. She seems to have a Heartless smugness about her as if every opponent to her is her toy to play with. She plays with them often using Psychic to freeze them in place then smash them and if they insist on getting back up, she keep playing with them until she grow bored with them then she usually either uses Thunderbolt or Energy Ball to finish them off. If pushed she can Mega Evolve and use A Pixilated Hyper Voice that deals massive Fairy Damage to everything in range.

Bio: Spike is Mrs. Kura Chesnaught. A tough nut to crack, He often rushes into things swinging with Wood Hammer and Hammer Arm and whenever someone tries to shoot him with a ball or bomb move he just stands there and takes it then chuckles and goes back into fighting.

Skilled Pokemon Trainer: This guy is good at having his pokemon be coordinated, on point and highly obedient to his commands. This trust and bonds his team has is just the power he needs to do his job
Jack of All Trades: Being an Agent he's knows how to do just about anything, from medic work, to paperwork and investigations, to cooking, clean up and even minor repair work. He can do almost everything. Whatever job the cover creates, he'll find a way to do it.
Level Head: Even when things are chaotic, dangerous or otherwise stress creating. He keeps a level head.
Flaws:
Mission above all: When on the case, he put everything and everyone not involved in the case on the back burner or discards them. Even his wife was put deceived into believing that he was dead when in truth he was deep undercover
uh What Rulebook?: Rules what's that. Oh that's stuff that criminals ignore when they are doing their crimes so why should he bother with them.
Look the other way: If something bad happens and it doesn't involve his case/it's required to get evidence for his case. He just looks the other direction.

Bio: Mitsuo Kura is a Pokemon HQ Special Agent who's been assigned to Godin Region as a deep cover agent to look into everything that happens in the region. He figures everything tied together somehow but recently his cover has been uncovered by his wife Nanko who revealed him to Casen and the girls and he warned them that danger does exist in Godin and there is a lot more going on then what the common man should know. He hasn't fully revealed what he's uncovered but he might know something about the biopokemon that most don't want him to know but with a teleporting Gallade and several other pokemon transports it will be hard to catch him.
