"I have no one to tell even if I wanted to..." Farah said without thinking, realizing it was the truth. What was she doing? Was Godric going to come home? What excuses was he going to reel off? Was she really going to buy this hairpin for the girl?
Yes. Yes she was. She wanted to see the girl in person. Wanted the girl to react to seeing her. Wanted to gift the exquisite hairpin...in the scarlet ribbons of the girl's blood.
She expected to feel shocked at this violent revelation, and shocked at herself, but didn't. This would be something to visit later. She listened intently to Raija, her newfound ally in a world of strangers and Godric.
"The dream...? Now you mention it, I did have some odd visions...I barely remember, though. Ewige Mond was...stressful. For all of us, of course."
Nodding her head, she drifted alongside Raija, heading back to the shop, away from whatever she saw reflected in that water.
"If there's others...maybe we see if they attract drunk mutes?" Farah inquired.

Larry walked along the large staircase leading toward the Docks as he pondered to himself. Whenever he had any breaks within conversation or the like, his mind always reverted back to that strange dream he had, he couldn't seem to forget about it. As if it was TRYING to make itself known. He pushed it to the back of his mind once more before looking around, replying to friendly faces with a smile and slight wave. Before long, he spotted what appeared to be a unique shade of red within the crowd, headed his way. "Hm? Red hair, he said.....worth a try," he mumbled to himself before waving his hand above the crowd. "Hey! Raija!" he called.

Cory was huffing and puffing by the time he was making his way to the docks. He just passed by a group who were helping a drunkard get out of the water who was muttering something about a girl making him mute and a guard escorting him away. Cory barely registered it and just kept looking for Evelyn however as he got closer to a particular area (near Raija and Farah) he felt a strange warmness start to envelop his body. He hummed "man is it hot in here or it just me..." He muttered to no one in particular. He looked around and noticed a beautiful young woman his age with red hair and a mid age beauty with her hair done up. Cory smiled at the two women.
"heh heh heh..." He snickered "I know what's up..." He muttered to himself "my body just reacting to beauty as usual."

Deandre tried to maneuver against the crowd, back to Daro’s shop. After passing a couple, he gently touched Syrus’ arm immediately feeling heat emanate from the lad. The surprise could be seen on his face as he retracted his hand almost immediately, “Sorry... I’m in a bit of a rush.” He took a few steps in front of Syrus and turned around, offering a gentle smile, “I don’t know what troubles you so, but under the guidance of Dusk & Dawn, the people of Sariyah need fear nothing. Have faith and smile, your turmoil will soon pass like Ewidge Mond.” With his quick advice, he nodded slightly and continued along his way.
As he approached Daro’s shop, he was all smiles. Though he wouldn’t say his friendship with Daro was exquisite, the old farmer had seen Daro’s shop grow from a couple specialized items to a nifty general store amid Sariyah. “Daro, Daro, Daro! How did the long night treat you?” He asked, his smile plastered ear to ear. Deandre immediately went to the aisle housing tools and lifted a saw off the shelf. “How much for this? I’ve got a job and I promised it done within a couple hours.”

Raija nodded in agreement with Farah, Ewige Mond was a phenomena that wouldn't be forgotten. "You had the visions as well..." She tapped her chin habitually as she weaved through the crowd. All of these events were becoming less and less coincidental. Raija broke a sweat as she started to stress about the reality of Ewige Mond. Getting lost in her thoughts, her body seemed to get warmer and warmer. She looked around frantically, but there were far too many people to deem if one of them could be like her. Also it could just be the sun shining down on her, she thought positively. As her brain raced for answers, Farah's words snapped her back to the world around her. A soft chuckle escaped her lips without her noticing as she looked at Farah with a gentle smile. "Heh heh. You're funny." She said giving her a soft tap on the shoulder.
"Hey! Raija!"
Raija jumped as her name was called, not knowing who it could be. Her mother? Her teacher? Daro? Ducking behind Farah, she peeked over her shoulder to see a man waving his hand in the air. "I am unfamiliar with this person, Farah." Her body felt warmer as another strange man smiled at herself and Farah.
"my body just reacting to beauty as usual."
Raija made a disgusting face as he spoke under his breath. "Pervert...." She thought, not imagining the reaction his body could have to the two females. Nonetheless, her body heat rose with the occurrence of both the men. "Farah, do you feel that as well?"
---
Daro looked up from fixing a shelf as the old farmer approached him. "Old Man Deandre. The long night treated us all in different ways, but I'm still well and kickin'. "What ya hankerin for?" Daro asked as he stood up and wiped sweat off his brow. "Ahh, just a basic saw? Just leave something on the table for me, I have to go run some errands before my helper gyal gets back." Daro said with a small salute gesture. "Be safe out there Old man!"

Larry soon put his hand down and cleared his throat, now realizing how foolish he looked. "You are Raija, right? Daro sent a message for ya." As he approached the two females, he could feel his body getting warmer with each step. Taking note of Farah, his eyes widened only slightly. "Lady Farah," he said with a small bow. "A pleasure to meet you." Being of a semi-prominent family, he'd heard of Lady Farah a few times, and his father had shown a public portrait of her so that he could put a face to the name.

Cory saw the reaction of the one girl in disgust and just played it off. He hummed as he moved on and went into the market district in the next area. The heat fading slightly but he could not see anyone through the crowd. "man I'm never gonna find her in this crowd." He muttered
"Find who Cory?" Evelyn sudden spoke up from behind him as she playfully nudged him
Cory jumped in surprise and a surge of electricity seem to go through his body. "Evelyn!" He stated "whoa hey don't sneak on me."
Evelyn giggled "that's payback for this morning." She pouted "I came over to your house to see if you're alright and you didn't even care. It hurt." She whined
Cory sighed "yeah about that. Listen you caught me sleeping, you know if I'm woken up I get so self-centered and cranky that no one wants to deal with me. It's a flaw I know and I'm sorry"
Evelyn hummed "I'm sorry too I guess in my excitement I completely forgot about your habits and when you came to the house begging for forgiveness..."
Cory blinked "huh? wait how you know I came to your house."
Evelyn smiled at him "because I was there when you did. I told my sis what happened and we decided to prank you into going to the market to try and find me since you were begging for forgiveness."
Cory blinked and turned flustered that the two had pranked him "why you two little she-devils..." Sparks of electricity surged at his finger tips.
Evelyn blinked "Cory your fingers"
Cory blinked "huh?" He looked at them and noticed they were tingling with electrical circuit "what the." He clapped his hands causing a snap to be heard as electricity sparked from them. "Whoa that's new..."
Evelyn blinked "I'll say. How did you do that."
Cory hummed "I don't know," He clapped his hands again but this time nothing sparked "huh?" He clapped again and nothing happened "huh... that's weird... I can't do it again"
Evelyn hummed "weird." She muttered
Cory hummed "well whatever uh anyway I'll forgive you two for pranking me, if I get that invite to dinner tonight."
Evelyn hummed "just as long as you help me get the food for tonight."
"Done." Cory stated "let's go."
"right."

Syrus brow twitched slightly due to irritation last thing he wanted to hear was about the divine and faith and well anything that didn’t help him get what he needed. He had been blessed some would argue born to a wealthy family Syrus got what he wanted most the time. Some even envied Syrus ability to not feel the temperature during the cold season and the extremely warm season.
“Listen old man I-“ Syrus frowned as the old man had quickly scurried off. “Well that was rude…” He grumbled marching through the crowd he didn’t make an effort to get out of peoples way instead he just bumped shoulders with them before storming into Daro shop. “Excuse me I am looking for the employment apparently I can find it here!” Syrus announced rather rudely granted social situations were never his thing and well he had no clue how people went about getting a job.

Farah smiled gently as Raija commented on the joke. Farah did not know she had the capacity to be funny- the mirror doesn't laugh at japes, the hairbrush doesn't smile knowingly. All of this real human interaction was making her feel strange- she felt real, again. Realer than she'd felt in years.
Several images of Godric's new pregnant concubine assaulted her mind again- focusing on her fresh, young face, her wild, free and naturally beautiful hair- she shook her head as someone new called for Raija, and Raija hid behind her.
"Oh-" Farah began, turning a little in her ensemble, then smiling a little to herself at the ridiculousness of the situation. "I suppose I do make a good hiding spot with these long sleeves." She muttered to herself, and most likely Raija considering the proximity.
A young man wandered past, muttering about beauty. Farah didn't exactly hear what he had said, but Raija's comment about perversion made her take an educated guess. The young man wandered past, harmless, so Farah decided to take no heed, but felt a strange warmth from him, too, like she had with Raija- was this just with anyone?
Oh, please, no, don't let this be the hot flushes that came with age- I'm not old enough for that yet, am I?
"Oh good, you feel it too, Miss Raija- what is going on today? I feel quite overdressed already." She muttered to Raija.
As the new boy who addressed Raija approached, she felt more heat. As she did, she glanced at Raija again. "More heat. Are we in need of a medical professional?"
The surprising part was, that he recognized her. Such a kind boy, too, to be so earnest. It was true that her family was well known to some, but Farah had hidden herself away for so long. She'd expected nobody to remember- Sariah was a huge city, there were bigger families.
"Such a kind and polite young man." Farah spoke gently, bowing back, as was custom. "What is your name, young man?"

Daro's eyes left from Deandre's aging yet energetic body and scrolled down to Syrus' pale figure. Scratching his beard, contemplating if this was a joke being played on him. A crow cawed. A radical group in the background challenging traditionalist beliefs. A slightly misplaced hammer dropped from a workbench. Daro stopped scratching his beard, the silence between the two broken by a hearty laugh. "You're serious lad!" With a hefty hand to the table, he threw his thumb over his shoulder. "Aye lad. I only have one assistant and that's my best lass. Take it up with her. Red hair. Ye high." He said holding his hand a certain height. "You might find her o'er there." He pointed in the direction of the docks, and swirled his finger around in the air signalling a general direction. "And loosen up lad! One needs to relax sometimes. Ye need a drink!"
_____
Raija nodded at Farah, her flaming red hair bouncing in the sunlight. "I hope medical attention isn't needed. Though both of us feel it." She said relaxing a bit as the man bowed to Farah. "And it seems as if you have fans Lady Farah." Raija said with a smile as she asked his name. "And also, how do you know me?"
Meanwhile there seemed to be a strange rile in the crowd. Radicals and traditionalists began to clash more oft. The crowds slowly began to part and take sides, the radicals slowly gaining power vs the traditionalists. The shock of Ewige Mond scaring most of the population. The radicals seemed to have the answers that the traditionalists didn't, especially since Ewige Mond happened on traditionalist beliefs. People believed it was time for change, and that didn't sit very well with a city that hasn't changed much in a couple decades. One group near Raija and Farah broke out into a particularly fierce argument. The bickering didn't seem to cease, until the first stone was thrown. A full brawl broke out among a greater portion of the bazaar.
Raija looked around as the chaos ensued, holding Farah tightly. "What should we do?"
